Apr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9sentation des cinq stagiaires \u00e0 la MPT du polygone et des trois encadrants, tout le monde remonte en selle.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les animateurs <strong>\u00e9valuent le niveau de chacun<\/strong> \u00e0 travers des <strong>exercices pratiques<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">maniabilit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d\u00e9marrage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">freinage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">trajectoires<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">regard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2026 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019objectif est de reprendre confiance en douceur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\">L\u2019<\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\">apr\u00e8s-midi<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\"> est <\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\">consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 un atelier en salle<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\"> sur le <\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\">code de la route appliqu\u00e9 au v\u00e9lo<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\"> :<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">comprendre la signalisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">conna\u00eetre ses droits et devoirs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">adopter les bons comportements en circulation.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0d69ac;\"><strong>Mercredi 7 ao\u00fbt \u2013 Premi\u00e8re circulation en ville et atelier m\u00e9canique<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le <strong>deuxi\u00e8me jour<\/strong> commence avec une <strong>balade encadr\u00e9e<\/strong> dans les<strong> rues de Valence<\/strong>. Tourner \u00e0 gauche, emprunter une voie cyclable, franchir un rond-point ...<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les participants <strong>mettent en pratique les apprentissages<\/strong> dans des <strong>situations r\u00e9elles<\/strong>, toujours accompagn\u00e9s par les animateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019<strong>apr\u00e8s-midi<\/strong>, place \u00e0 la <strong>m\u00e9canique v\u00e9lo.<\/strong> Chacun apprend \u00e0 entretenir sa monture : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">v\u00e9rifier les freins<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">contr\u00f4ler la pression des pneus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">lubrifier la cha\u00eene, ajuster la selle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2026 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une session tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te pour devenir autonome au quotidien.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0d69ac;\"><strong>Vendredi 8 ao\u00fbt \u2013 Dernier tour de roue et remise en route personnalis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour la <strong>derni\u00e8re matin\u00e9e<\/strong>, une <strong>nouvelle petite balade urbaine<\/strong> permet de <strong>consolider les acquis de la semaine<\/strong>. Les stagiaires roulent avec plus d\u2019aisance, en confiance, et d\u00e9couvrent les am\u00e9nagements cyclables de Valence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019<strong>apr\u00e8s-midi<\/strong> marque la <strong>fin du stage<\/strong>. <strong>Chaque participant r\u00e9cup\u00e8re son propre v\u00e9lo<\/strong> ainsi qu\u2019un <strong>dipl\u00f4me<\/strong>, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une <strong>v\u00e9rification m\u00e9canique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te<\/strong> r\u00e9alis\u00e9e <strong>par les animateurs.<\/strong> Un vrai plus pour repartir l\u2019esprit tranquille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans cette
