Il y a un an, nous lancions une formation en Communication Non Violente (CNV), dans une volont\u00e9 affirm\u00e9e de favoriser un climat de travail plus serein<\/strong>, plus respectueux<\/strong> et plus collaboratif<\/strong>. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019heure est au bilan\u2026 Et les retours sont tr\u00e8s encourageants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La CNV est une m\u00e9thode de communication qui vise \u00e0 instaurer des relations bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019empathie, l\u2019\u00e9coute active et la bienveillance. Elle repose sur quatre \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Observer sans juger,<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Exprimer ses sentiments,<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Identifier ses besoins,<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Formuler une demande claire.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cette approche permet de mieux comprendre ses propres \u00e9motions tout en accueillant celles des autres, sans conflit ni agressivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    Comment nous l\u2019avons mise en place chez nous<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    La CNV est un processus, un changement de posture, qui demande du temps, de la pratique et de l\u2019engagement collectif. Chez Dromolib, cette \u00e9volution est bel et bien en marche. Apr\u00e8s trois journ\u00e9es enti\u00e8res ainsi que trois demi-journ\u00e9es (bient\u00f4t quatre) de formation, et de nombreux ateliers de mise en pratique, plusieurs \u00e9volutions notables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

    • Les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe t\u00e9moignent d\u2019un changement dans leur mani\u00e8re de se parler<\/strong>, notamment dans les moments de tension<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9coute active, sans jugement, fait d\u00e9sormais partie des r\u00e9flexes de nombreux collaborateurs<\/strong>. Les r\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe sont plus fluides<\/strong>, les discussions plus constructives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Exprimer clairement ses ressentis et ses besoins<\/strong> n\u2019est plus per\u00e7u comme une fragilit\u00e9, mais comme une force. Cela a permis de d\u00e9samorcer certains conflits en amont<\/strong> et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la collaboration sur les projets quotidiens<\/strong>. Le fameux sch\u00e9ma \u00ab Observation \u2013 Sentiment \u2013 Besoin \u2013 Demande \u00bb s\u2019invite naturellement dans les \u00e9changes, m\u00eame informels.<\/li>\n
    • Les d\u00e9saccords<\/strong> sont abord\u00e9s avec plus de recul<\/strong> et moins de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle.<\/strong> Les collaborateurs se sentent plus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> pour exprimer un point de vue divergent, et cela renforce la confiance au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong>. Certains ont m\u00eame repris les principes de la CNV dans leur vie personnelle !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Des impacts visibles aussi \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      La transformation ne se limite pas aux relations internes. En rendez-vous partenaires<\/strong>, lors des animations<\/strong> ou des \u00e9changes avec les usagers<\/strong>, l\u2019approche CNV influence aussi la mani\u00e8re de dialoguer. Plus de clart\u00e9<\/strong>, plus d\u2019\u00e9coute<\/strong>, plus de respect<\/strong> : des valeurs qui renforcent notre image comme une structure humaine<\/strong> et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Une d\u00e9marche p\u00e9renne<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      La formation CNV<\/strong> a profond\u00e9ment marqu\u00e9 notre culture d\u2019entreprise<\/strong>.
